Do you have to be sponsor in the New York or can you just show up
Sponsor for sure to the FaceBook page.

Besides the New Yorker there are a few other places that are LS friendly (may not be limited to LS):

Redemption in Herriman (has LS sponsored events and nights)
Unspoken in Ogden (Friday night is LS night)
Liquid Joes
Club 48 (Not a fan but does have LS sponsored events)
Look at the events section you will see other options as well but they are "events" only:
Rabbit Hole
Risque Soiree
NUKE (private and a little more hidden/exclusive)
Club 90
Redemption in Herriman (has LS sponsored events and nights)
Unspoken in Ogden (Friday night is LS night)
Liquid Joes
Club 48 (Not a fan but does have LS sponsored events)

September 17th is the next one. Watch the local events section. Many events prohibit single males.

Many events are booked as private parties and held in a separate area, similar to a company party. LS events at Redemption are held downstairs.
Not to mention... Would you really want to attend an event where you're not welcome?

Friday nights we are less likely to have a family get together, and we are more likely to stay out late than we are Saturday nights. With the doors opening at 9:00 p.m. and Saturday nights so often family time, we will never be regulars at the New Yorker. We would like to be able to occasionally pop in.
