Swingers Forum - unwanted shared data

So on several occasions recently we have communicated with couples here and then had facebook suggest we friend them on that platform. Is Swingular selling data to Facebook?
It's more probable that you shared some personal information that made it possible for them to find you on Facebook, and since they spent time reading through your Facebook profile, it triggers their algorithm to recommend them as a friend.
Nope
Well Swingular doesn't require any real information like name/number to make an account, other than email, so it's highly unlikely that it came from Swingular. Have you or them shared a name/number?
If your a member of the New Yorker Facebook group and so are they, that might explain it. We aren’t members of that group. We have run into people we know from here, on Facebook, as suggested friends. They did however already also have at least a few mutual friends on Facebook.
Get off Facebook if you're concerned.
Read the terms and conditions, Facebook access your microphone, search history etc.

Say the name of almost any random person from your past near your phone and likely in the next week they will show up on your recommended friends list.

My brother in law works for the NSA and everything I joke about government spying on us he says it is Facebook, Google tiktok, etc., we need to worry about because the NSA can't come close to spying on all Americans as well as they can 🤣
I received some spam email addressed to my personal email account in which it began "Hello, Sunrise" (our Swingular username). I found that highly suspicious.
If you are using the Facebook app it has access to most of your phone. Just check out the permissions used by the app. I will jev34 have the app. I only use Facebook through a web browser. Even then it is crazy how much info it can pull from browsing history.
I only use a laptop with a browser that has Facebook container loaded. I only use a search engine that claims to not share data and I never search for stuff on lifestyle friends.
It may have something to do with the email notifications that Swingular sends out when you get a message. That is a traceable link from your swingular profile to you and to the other swingular profile. They are reading our emails.
Why do you think Facebook is near the NSA in Utah County?
If you have the other couple's number saved to your phone. That in itself is enough for Facebook to share some friend suggestions with you based on your contact list. There are people I meet, we exchange phone numbers and hours later when the app is launched, Facebook suggests I might know those people.
Phone # might explain some of them, but they are tracking us in some other way too.
Facebook and others know your phone contacts, browsing history, email contacts, cable, satellite and streaming tv history as well as you credit card purchases.
I’ve sat through some high level marketing meetings at work and it’s scary how easy it is to geo-target customers based on the information available.
That reason alone is why my pics aren’t on my profile here.
