It's super easy and fast to make. Here's the recipe for those wishing to try:
Put 2 teaspoons cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and bring to boil, constantly stirring. Continue stirring, boil for ~1 minute, take off stove, stir in a ~heaping tablespoon of coconut oil, let cool, and enjoy some backdoor lovn'!

All joking aside, why corn starch - we have also used just coconut oil for 20+ years and it seems to work great.

Why cornstarch? We like experimenting and it offers a bit different feel. It behaves more like commercially purchased anal lube....so it could be a natural option for those that don't want to use straight coconut oil (the cornstarch alone works but I added the coconut oil to see what would happen. I think it makes the cornstarch lube last longer).
Coconut oil is the bomb!!! For so many reasons. You can also freeze coconut oil into little round ice cubes and then put them in either and for extra lubrication as the action and friction Heats everything up.
We call it "Cock'n'Nut" oil.
