Amsterdam is full of swingers club, I’ve heard good things about same place but there are a lot of options. The red light district is in the center of the city and it’s fun to walk around and check out the prostitutes. Then check out a live show at the banana bar or moulin rouge.
If in Brussels you just want to Google Club Libertin Bruxelles. I've never been (just France) but heard clubs there are "tres, tres, chaud". Enjoy!
