I too have had this happen. The mind does have a lot to do with it. We were at a party once and when it was time to step up to the plate, I struck out! But as soon as I got home alone with the wife, I rose to the occasion. Its really mental. Maybe it was attraction. Maybe it was alcohol. Not really sure.
