We are looking for a hotel/motel/bnb/etc that is sexy for a hot weekend getaway Jan 7-9. Ideally it would be within 2-3 hours drive from SLC but further or flying is OK too. Something posh would be ok but preferably with mirrors which probably means a velvety, burgundy, Scarface, dated gem or a glittery, gold, Saturday Night Fever, retroactive dive which would be fine too. So...., where does one go to gander at the goods without leaving the room?
There is a themed Hotel in Lava Hot Springs. I'm not recalling the themes, it's also a B&B. "The Lions Inn" comes to mind but I could be off about the name?
That's Lava Hot Springs Id. About 170 miles from SLC ...
"The Lions Gate Manor" is sounding more familiar.
Checking out Destinations Inn in Idaho Falls. They have numerous themed rooms.
Hotel Monaco DTSLC , super sexy bar and rooms.
Thank you redheadandhusband. Forgot about the anniversary inn. Haven't been there before but that might be a fit.
Ok, just checked all of these out. You nailed the name right Arousingtimes, it is Lions Gate Manor. Super cool old world vibe. Reminded me a little of the Artisan in LV. And Mrandmrsidahonuke the Destinations Inn is gorgeous and fun. All of the Anniversary Inn's options are similar to these above and amazing, wow. Hotel Monaco is elegant, not themed like these others, but incredible too. Strangely enough though, there is not a bedroom mirror in a single one of the rooms in any of these beautiful options.
With all off the peeps and resources here, I was sure someone would know of a hotel with a bedroom mirror on the ceiling or a wall or a closet door or something???
Doesn't Wendover or Mesquite or somewhere nearby have a risque, sexy mirrored room, even if it has to be a cheesy, 1980's, dated dive?
Surely we are not the only ones who like to watch bedroom adventures and super skills from other vantage points?

If James Bond were to stay in SLC, he'd check into the Monaco. Always sexy interesting people staying there. We've adventured there quite a few times.

Years ago we stayed in a hotel in Logan, that we think was later acquired by the Anniversary Inn. We stayed in the "Jungle Bungalow" suite, and it had a ceiling mirror above the bed.
The anniversary Inn in Logan does not have a jungle room anymore but thx anyway Deliciouslywet.

No hotels with mirrors in a 3 state area..., uhhhhg. Thats annoying.

I guess it's time to sharpen our extreme home makeover skills and install ceiling mirrors at home. I guess we will stay-cation and create an adventure without even leaving.

If anyone has any other ideas let us know. Otherwise we are going to have a sexy lair.
I'm willing to velcro myself to the ceiling and hold a mirror for You Guys :) if the velcro breaks loose > fall where I may ...
A cheap and effective solution would be to get 12”x12” mirror panels from ikea and some command strips! Here’s a reference. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM8TCyEKs/
I’m shocked how many flakes here . Is that reflective?
This looks interesting.
