We are planning on going to Wise Guys, downtown. I am not sure when the show will finish, but I am guessing 9:00.
Do you have any recommendations on what we can do afterwards? It doesn't need to be lifestyle oriented, but we are open to that too. The only bar we have been to downtown is Whiskey Street. We are not interested in a dance club type atmosphere.

Our favorite is Lake Effect! That being said we haven’t been to Whiskey Street. On a side note, Lake Effect has a club downstairs “The Rabbit Hole” that periodically hosts lifestyle events.
The Rabbit Hole has a few dark corners that are ideal for getting a bit frisky if you come across another sexy couple or arrange to meet them there. 
Any idea what lake effect would look like on a Thursday? I guess there is no way to know since tis is a different Thursday from most, given the holidays.

We love red door too! Classy atmosphere great selection of scotch and martinis. Whiskey street is a favorite too but it’s got a different vibe.
Lake Effect for sure. Red Door is nice. Whiskey street is amazing. We go to all those places, but never meet "interested couples". I love scanning the room and seeing who might be down, its a fun game I play in my head. Apparently the New Yorker is the place to go, but we have never been there.

Thank you all! I think we will be heading to Lake effect, but all of these recommendations are great, if Lake effect isn't what we were hoping for.
Hi! Just wanted to jump on this thread for some SLC recommendations for events at the end of this month since it looks like New Yorker is closed. Sorry if I'm in the wrong thread, but looking for events or just good venues
Is the New Yorker closed? That's been on our to-do list. The Rabbit hole might be a good substitute if needed. We checked it out a few weeks back, dark corners, booths with curtains, etc. The was a rave type party going on with DJs when we went definitely seemed like a cool spot!
