We gotta tell you all that something just happened that I thought never would happen!! After submitting multiple (and we mean many multiples) messages through the Help function here to change our profile name, I decided to call the phone number in the email and someone actually answered and helped.
I wonder if this means the Apocalypse is is coming soon? Should we be ready for that now?
