I am wanting to go to the New Yorker tonight for the first time. I am married but my wife wont be coming. Are single males allowed in? And what time does it start and end at?
Respectful single males are allowed! I would advise you to only attend if your wife is fine with you going… it’s byob, but bring cash for tips for the bartender! I don’t know when it starts, but it ends around 2am!
Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
Starts at 9pm, $30 to get in, byob plus tips to bartender. Ends at 2pm.
So I am there and they make it sound like you need to be on a list of some kind. Am I missing something or am I just an idiot?
Do you need a sponsor?
Happy Anniversary to us! Lets get this party started!🍻❤️😘
Is the club open tonight and is there a guest list?

Usually someone post something or be part of the Facebook group.
How do we go about getting an invite to the Facebook group?

Be friends with someone on Facebook that is a member. They can invite you.
So is there a theme tonight?
Its way more fun when you bring your wife.

Its hidden only members can see it. You have to be friends with a member on Facebook and then they can invite you.
Where even is the New Yorker? A google search just showed a bunch of articles about a restaurant with the same name in Salt Lake that closed down.

Its in the old restaurant that closed down. Under market street grill,
We would love to get an invite to the group somehow
I’m interested in the Facebook group as well. Anyone open to Facebook friends and sending me an invite? 🙂
We would like to be added to the facebook page as well. Would like to get out to the New Yorker and make new friends soon!
How do we get into the list? We would love to go next Saturday and support this local venue!

There is no "list". Just show up after 9pm and pay the $30 for a couple and you are in.
We would love to go but have no info. Someone please add us to the fb group

All the info is on any one of a half dozen forums on here. You must be friends with a current FB group member to be added to the group, so go to the club and make friends.
We have a note stored with info so we can copy and paste it because it is asked for so frequently.

It’s open every Saturday and doors open at 9:00 PM most don’t get there until after 10:00 PM, closes at 2:00 AM. It’s bring your own alcohol and they provide the mixers and pour for you (tip the bartenders!). There is a cover charge ($30 for couples). The address is 60 west market street, it’s in the old New Yorker restaurant under market street grill. Dress is pretty much what you want but would suggest dressing like you would for a typical club, some come dressed and strip down to lingerie or less. There are a few hotels close by, most we would say stay at the Hilton. There is a private Facebook page that you must be Facebook friends first before you can be invited, if we haven’t met you we will not invite you (sorry).

Lastly and most important, don’t be shy and have fun!
There’s a post in the meetups about needing to RSVP for the next two weekends. Is it supposed to be listed in Parties to RSVP?

Next two weeks are a little different. Halloween activities and open both Friday and Saturday nights. Only RSVP’s would be for reserved booths, definitely aren’t set up to track attendees.
Thanks, that’s definitely different than how it currently reads “You must RSVP and come dressed in costume!”. So confusing

So it sounds like the "invitation" part is in regards to an afterparty in a hotel? Nothing to do with actually going to the New Yorker club? Hence, if one wishes to go to the private get together, you need to first meet folks at the club. Does that sound correct?

If there is an afterparty at the hotel you definitely need to be "invited". But as far as the club goes, never seen a list to RSVP on, besides how many times have people RSVP'd and not shown up. If you hold a spot for all of those you are losing out on revenue.
Thank you all, for all the information! :)
According to the post by playfulcoupled, anyone going the next 2 weekends needs to RSVP through them, Ross or FB. Booth reservations need to be made with Ross directly. They are also charging $50 a couple at the door.

Yep they are just trying to get headcount numbers for staffing. If you look they changed the must RSVP part of it. There is really no way to manage or track that at the club. They added a party event as well so feel free to RSVP there as well. Just doesn’t have specific nights. Anyone that has been in the LS long enough knows that 400 RSVP’s means about 50 will attend 😀.
