An accent is a big turn on. Especially scottish or Eastern European. Red heads, tongue tricks lol there is a few.
Definitely an Irish or German accent.
Something I really appreciate is the look/appearance before. And a major turn on is a woman in a business suit with a sexy blouse under the jacket, especially if it's transparent.

Within reason, many physical characteristics that would normally grab my attention fall to the wayside if I sense the other woman is attracted to me. Otherwise...yeah, who doesn't like an accent!? As a person studying to be a filmmaker, any woman that shows knowledge in film/filmmaking gets major points. I suppose that goes along the lines of "intelligent" but if she is intelligent and knows about film related stuff, better than just being intelligent.
