We've been on this site for several months and it took me a while to figure out how to accept friend requests. In looking at the requests that I have in pending status, I figured that some people may not know how to look and accept friend requests. When you select the pull down menu on the left, towards the bottom is a tab that is marked friends. Selecting that tab will bring up a list of your current friends. At the bottom of the friends page is 3 tabs. One of the tabs is marked requests. This is the location of where you can accept friend requests or reject them.
