We used to live in spokane. The scene there sucks. Lots of flakes. I think they all like the idea but never do anything. The white rose is a nasty place. Would not recommend going there.
I heard the white rose was closed. Not sure!? Idaho areas is difficult!
Last time we were at the white rose it was a dump I’d rather go to the roster and it’s nasty
