Swingers Forum - What to wear...

Previous Post Next Post
I've recently been invited to a swinging event which involves a meet & greet, pool time and of course the main event on different days. Typically I've avoided these kinds of events but have decided to give it a go... and I have no idea what to wear. I don't believe it's formal, but it's outside Utah, so over the top could be good. Anyone have any examples of things that they have worn in the past? You can message me if you have pictures and don't want to post here. Sounds a little silly, but I'd appreciate the input.

Thanks!
We’d say whatever makes you feel comfortable. Comfortable, confident, and sexy. But if you’re not comfortable, you likely won’t feel sexy.
Would love to share a few ideas but it's hard not knowing more about the type of event and where it's being held. Is it a club? A hotel takeover? A lifestyle resort? Or a private event in someone's home or at another venue? We've been to a lot of lifestyle events over the years and you don't need to disclose everything but giving us a little bit more info would help us recommend what type of attire might be appropriate or even expected at a certain type of event.

the best thing we fond is to ask the folks that are throwing the event and ask what the theme is then go and find something that u are comfy with,,looking at ur profile u will look great in anything u decide to wear,,
have fun

My understanding is that it is being hosted at a hotel in Vegas. Hopefully, that's a little more helpful.

In that case, dress-to-impress sexy is usually the order of the day. Exactly HOW sexy usually depends on whether or not it's a takeover (thus no looky-loos) or, at least, the area where you'll be is separated from any vanilla guests. Most events usually have a variety of dress-up styles in attendance but you usually can't go wrong leaning more towards dressier/sexier when at such an event in Las Vegas. Hope that helps.
I understand how you are feeling. Been there, you want to look great but you don’t want to go too far and end up looking slutty when most are dressing to a formal bent. I usually wear a black mini pencil skirt and I would wear those sexy red heels you have, have fun with your top, something that shows off your gorgeous body. Personally the way you look there is not too many poor choices.
As someone mentioned, ask the hosts. Sorry I couldn’t be more help. In Vegas I don’t think going too far is a concern.
Have a blast.
