Be very, very careful. A Sybian is made for vaginal stimulation when using the "extensions" that "swirl" as they vibrate. If you put that in your anus, you can tear the tissue inside. I know this because I briefly tried it and stop shortly after because it was hurting so badly. The instructions say NOT to use it anally. While vaginas are tough miracles of nature, our anal canals are not so much! As far as the vibration from the Sybian, there are so many wands that are MUCH MUCH cheaper that will do the same job. I bought one and returned it, as my partner wasn't really into it. If you do get one, I have some "non contact" pieces we purchased but couldn't return...such as the ground pad and other stuff.
