Out in stansbury island north of I80.
Directions: Go to Exit 84 from I-80 and head out onto Stansbury Island. Cross both sets of railroad tracks. Careful, the dirt road sucks! 4WD is not required but you can easily blow out a tire.
Go passed the rock quarry on the right. Go passed the Interpretative Trailhead sign on the right. Now, start looking left. Take your next left onto a two track dirt road heading West. Follow this dirt road and be sure to bear right (don't go "up and over" the sand road. Cars can get stuck.) Follow the dirt road out to the "beach" area.

While not a nude beach, nor near tooele, Element 11 is happening and there will be 1,800 naked and partially naked folks running around stargazer ranch in northern utah for three days. Who is going.
We look forward to seeing fellow naked burners there. This year should be amazing. Looks like some huge colorado camps are attending. Tickets sold out in under 3 days. First for our regional burn.

Would love to go to Element 11 sometime but did not realize it sells out so fast. Was thinking of trying to go this year but maybe we'll try for next year and get online quick once they go on sale. Thank you for heads up

So far, this summer, not very crowded
A few week ago I enjoyed conversation with two couples. A couple of weeks ago a rave set up near the quarry turn in. other then that most'ly a gay sausage fest. so many shades of fish-belly white.
In general I've been the troll'ist thing there.

How’s the crowd on sundays in July? Is to hot this time of year? What about bugs?
I haven't seen a deputy out there. I have been going for many years. Even so, you can see people approaching so you can cover up really quick. Being so remote, the ticket would get dismissed anyway. Being naked is not illegal. Being naked and exposing to others who are not is. A few years ago, Utah Co Sheriff tried to ticket people at Diamond Fork at night when no one else was around. Judge tossed the case since there was no exposure. Same thing happened in a WVC case. Still, cover up when a new car approaches and you have nothing to worry about.
Bugs. Depends on the wind. If they get bad, just drive about 25 yards into the salt and camp there. They drop off shortly after the bushes. Bug spray doesn't do shit!
Crowds really depends on the day and what is going on around the valley. I've been out on the weekend with 5 people and 25 people. But there will be less people if you don't come! lol

Bugs is more a function of rain then temp. For a few days after it rains there will probably be bugs.

It is BLM land (I believe). So I don't think you can put up any signage.

It’s definitely a fun spot we learned the south end is where more nudist hang out and the north end more people play
