Yes, it's the same space as The New Yorker restaurant of old under the current Market Street Grill on Market Street. Stairs down on the west side and through the glass doors. Name remains because the signs were still there when current manager/owner/organizer took over, so he went with it.
Private FB page can provide current information including announcements. You must be invited to join by a current member. The page plays no part in your ability to get in on any Saturday.
Dress code is always dress to impress. It's basically a dance/night club that encourages sexy š„. Theme nights provide suggestions, but are never a requirement. Try not to be that guy in flip flops or sneakers, cargo shorts, and a ball cap.
No darts, pool tables, pinball, air hockey, foosball, axe throwing, cornhole, or dwarf tossing. If you need those to stay entertained, you missed the point.
Dance floor, DJ, coat check, bar, couches, a few tables, and three back rooms off the larger front NOT to be construed as play rooms. LS friendly, but no on site. Plan your after party accordingly.
BYOB and it will be labeled for you at the bar. Pours and mixers provided by the lovely attentive ladies behind the bar who work for tips.
We encourage everyone to try it at least once, especially if a site or app isn't doing it for you. Currently Unspoken and TNY are the only regular public venues locally. Use em or lose em.

We've been the last few weekends and love it! It's only LS and open on Sat nights.
This place is great. We have been several times and love it. Itās BYOB but they have bartenders that will mix your drinks for you. You pay a cover charge. Thereās good music, dancing and great people there. We highly recommend it.
Is there some secret place to go, codeword, or what? We want to go out, but we know that the New Yorker is not a byob restaurant.

250+ people easily, theme nights always seem to be packed nights.
BYOB (check your bottle at the bar, full service mixers are included and run by an AMAZING bar staff)
There is a cover charge, iirc itās $30/couple
Tables are reservable with a fee but are sold out extremely fast pre-event.
Tip the bar tenders and the DJ!
Not that it should need to be said but itās not a free for all and consent for any actions should always be requested and respected. Not everyone plays the same! š

We feel the same. We live in St George and want to plan a weekend and go to The New Yorker and out to Ogden's bar Unspoken. But we also don't want to be turned away at the door after driving that far. Not sure how to get more accurate info on the place. Do they really have private parties or are they just very selective on who they let in, or how could we get on a guest list?

Okay, clarification. Fridays it is made available for private parties. If you're a member of the private FB group you can get invitations and say the right things at the door. Saturday is always open to the public and requires NO special password or phrase or membership to the FB page. Just go prepared for the door charge.

Be a gentleman, and donāt assume that because women are there dancing and having fun that they want a stranger all over them. They might, but ASKING first, is something that some people tend to forget in the lifestyle. As far as the private FB groups go, anyone inviting you must be your friend on FB first. So be comfortable requesting that much of a current member. Then the invitation is reviewed and approved, or disapproved, by admin/mods. In the case of TNY group, a PM must be sent by the member to an admin/mod on your behalf also. The active community deserves to be respected and protected, so given all the fakes and flakes signed up here who aren't genuine or capable of common courtesy, understand the hesitancy of current members to stick their necks out. If you are truly active and get out to meet people you will get that invitation. If you're using social media platforms to feed a fantasy and then ghost, you don't deserve one. Remember, you don't need to be members of the private groups on FB to get into either, so just make the effort to go instead of trying to get into the groups.
