Swingular - Swingers

Swingers Forum - Boobie job! Looking for advice...

Previous Post Next Post
Hey all! My beautiful better half has a birthday coming up & I’d like to surprise her by getting her breasts done. She’s wanted it for a while. Where did you go? What should I look for in a dr? Any advice would be great. Thank you!
The main thing is seeing/interviewing at LEAST two or three different surgeons. Talk to them and look at their work (especially see before and after shots of breasts that look like your wife's- all good surgeons will have a portfolio of before and afters...some even have them online).

Of course, getting feedback from other patients (including people here) can be very helpful. In the end, tho, go with the surgeon she feels most comfortable with. Our surgeon was Dr. Bradd Christensen in Millcreek.

You can check out our pics and see the results Ms. Evil got. Oh, and fwiw she had hers done probably close to 20 years ago and she still gets many compliments about how natural they look and feel and people ask who her surgeon was. Good luck.

ps- Pay no attention to the fucked up algorithm (or whatever shitty programming hack) that makes a fair number of Swingular photos sideways or upside down and won't allow you to rotate them with the edit tool.
My wife is thinking of a tummy tuck - so same question - any recommendations?

Agreed, they look very sexy! Thanks for the advice!
Do exactly what @Evildoes said to do, And for sure put Dr. Angela Keen on the list. She did mine a year and a half ago and she is awesome. Your wife will love her !
I agree with multiple consultations as well and was happy to find Benjamin Dunkley at Envision. Hubby was sold when the good doctor got out a level prior to making marks for surgery. :)

OMG
Lol 😂
A few more thoughts. Give some VERY serious consideration as to where you want your scar as that can not only affect who you choose but your ultimate outcome as well. Not every doctor is as adept at each type of surgery. Our doctor talked to us in DEPTH about the pros and cons of the inframammary fold incision vs. armpit vs. around the nipple. The doctor should ask you in great detail how much scar tissue you build up when you have surgery or cut yourself.

Another thing to ask your doctor is what he or she would recommend as far as the best size for your frame. Some docs will do whatever you want but others will try to tell you what they think, based on your height, weight, and pre-op breast tissue, will give you the most natural-looking result...assuming you WANT a natural-looking result. Some people just want the biggest implants the doctor can physically put in. *shrug*

Just as an aside, Ms. Evil was a small A cup and wanted a solid B cup (didn't want it too apparent that she had implants) and her doctor, once he was doing her surgery, actually made her a C. She was QUITE upset at first and he was perplexed and said that MOST women wish they had gone larger and she was the first who was upset that he went too large based, again, on her frame and existing breast tissue. Of course, now she loves them and is glad he put that size in. But it can't hurt to ask any doc you're interviewing what his or her opinion is about making on-the-fly changes in implant sizes. I mean it's not like they can wake you up and show you a mirror and ask you how the size looks during surgery. ;-P
Dr. York Yates at Tannor Clinic in Layton. Hands down nipples up the nest around. Hardly any scar at all. Great job friendly and will do what you want not what he feels you want.
Also it is very important to understand the breast diameter/ implant profile (projection) relationship to volume. As well as the differences between going under and over the muscle.

Your wife will have her breast width measured and that’s how wide the implant should be. Then she should pick the profile/projection look that she wants. I wouldn’t focus on the volume of the implant. The volume will be what it is for your wife’s breast width and projection look that she wants. Just because someone says they have a certain size of implant doesn’t mean that size will look the same at all on her.

I wanted the look of high profile/projection implants. And based on that for my breast width, the volume is what it is. Pick the look you want by the projection shape and don’t get hung up on volume numbers. I actually wanted ultra high profile but the doctor said high profile was the largest I could go.

The doc will have bras to try on with different sizes but in my opinion those look larger than the implant will actually look in you.

Oh and one other thing ... I’m a 34 DD now and it’s not so easy to find bras for big fake boobs ... so I don’t wear them much anyway now hehe.

That’s my 2 cents ! .
There is a great doctor on the border of Mexico and the USA. and the surgery you are looking for would be much cheaper and maybe you want to add something more to your surgery. it is just one block from the international border bridge.
Whats an average price for tits?
