I haven't tried the chat room. Is it worth logging in from a computer to use it? There seem to be so many fake profiles on here, and guys pretending to be couples I am a little skeptical.

Chat room used to be great, but it's had issues and now with Flash going away it's not functional unfortunately. Also, we've been around this for a long time and there are always going to be the fakes and flakes. Putting some fun together is a bit more work than you would expect it to be unfortunately.

Thanks. I won't waste my time. I expect the fakes and the flakes, and aside from one guy getting a titty pic with my face in it, I haven't fell for any. Still, I hope to find what I am looking for here. It feels kinda like it's hard to make real friends anymore, much less FWB.
I don't know if it's I haven't adjusted to Utah, or people in general don't want to hang out at my age anymore. I'm almost 30, so I will shake my fist and blame all this technology, making everyone antisocial haha.
there are a lot of other chat options but you would think with the pandemic the site owners might try and revitalize the site with a new updated chat feature

Sad huh.
Find you a party group put on by a few couples you trust that just wanna have fun. That way you meet people in person and have lots of options. This encounters and online dating shit sucks especially right now. Talked to at least 5 newb couples today that are real and fun and everyone is disgusted with all these online games.
Online chatting is a lot more fun AFTER you have met them and start stroking the flames for the eventual meetup. 🔥🔥
