I seriously doubt that even a fraction of the glory holes you read or hear about are actually real. Maybe a decade or so ago you could find the occasional one in the seedy sections of some larger cities but I can almost guarantee that you won't find one anywhere near Utah. Your best bet is probably to make a faux glory hole at your house and invite some people over to help you live out that fantasy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

At the clothing optional adult recreation area at Stansbury there is a large metal spool. Probably an artifact from salt collection process.
Last season some polymer and canvas banner signs appeared among the detritus.
During the season sometimes some of those banner signs would be draped across the spool. But I did not ever see glory holes cut into them. that speak to community standards?
To find those kinds facilities and accommodations travel north. Boise is closest. there are some in the Portland & Seattle metro areas.
East to Denve'. A few sex dungeons. MonChalet is a great destination for a mid-week weekend.
