Don't really know if it's the site or not, but my browser kept crashing whenever I logged on.
Finally had to switch from Internet Explorer to Firefox and everything's working fine now.

One thing that I've noticed is that certain browsers are the culprit. AOL, for example, uses a form of Internet Explorer but it is somehow fundamentally different. Many sites do not like AOL just as an example.. So simply try to change browsers and see if that makes a difference...works for us....
Well we use both Firefox and Opera and both work well and have had no issues... but we don't tend to gravitate to chat room so thats an unknown for us
