Is everyone else encountering profile photo display issues?

It has been hard to see any pictures on the mobile app also

Mobile or not it is happening with us. The issue has been reported but it will take the admins about 3 weeks to realize there is an issue with one of their servers. It happens regularly. Someone forgot to pay the subscription 😀.

I think everybody needs to start emailing the admin. Maybe they'll see it's really an issue. Below is a response to a post they gave a few months ago.

This site support is a joke. No replies to emails, can’t call. System has an error and hangs up, no live chat. They don’t have a usable mobile app. They take your money and offer nothing but issues. C’mon swingular pull it together, or sell the site to somebody who wants to manage it.

Totally agree. This site is the minor leagues compared to others. We mainly use Swing Lifestyle. Just on here for when we come to ski in Utah.
We would like to humbly suggest a swinger-wide fast and maybe some (or a LOT!) social media virtue signaling with everyone stating which sex positions, and swinging combinations (MFM, FMF, etc.) they're thankful for

We havent noticed
We just created a profile on swinglifestyle.com, but we need our fellow Utah swingers to do the same! Seems like a much more user friendly site, but there's not a lot of local Utahns on there. I tried emailing Swingular customer support but no response. Seems pretty unprofessional for a site that takes payment from its members to not provide basic site maintenance.

Same over here. Not a great experience as I’m very new to the site. This shouldn’t be a concern when using a site these days if they have basic knowledge of web development that a 12 year old can manage.
