I had a concern about the vibration but after using it, there isn't anything to worry about. It doesn't transfer that much down to the ring at all. As for the ring size, it is pretty pliable and very soft which makes is very unlike a condom. It doesn't cut circulation off like other cock rings but is tight enough so the whole thing isn't moving around.
