For many people we are having issues still that your mobile site will not open photos. the black wheel of death just keeps doing circles. this is not with everybody's profile. Mins is affected. people cannot see my photos unless they go to a computer. and I cannot see some peoples photos. but others I can. IS THERE ANY SUPPORT ON THIS SITE? I HAVE EMAILED 6 TIMES WITH NO HELP!!!!!!!!

You have to account for the time difference in Elbonia.
It's more than just mobile. It's the website as well. Issue has happened before. I can't remember but seem to think it is a certificate issue or a server not being up.

has anybody ever had help from the support on this site. not one responded email, and you cannot call to figure it out. this could be a good site, but as I am new, the back end is terrible. If you are going to launch a website, at least make sure it works. and why can't we get an app that works with mobile phones? c'mon swingular!

It's a bad gateway issue. They probably have some caching thing in place to make the site faster, and it's storing outdated info. It's a super simple fix for someone who can log in and do it 🤷♂️

Still no updates on this? Does anyone have any contact with the Administrators? I tried to load a screen shot but under picture icon is asks for a URL.
