This is Scott, the non-better half of the couple.... I have been on Swingular for 10 years with 9 of them being as a single guy. When my fiance and I decided to start in the lifestyle I opened a couple account. I think that most guys who were in similar situations do.
My question is that there are tons of "couple" profiles where it's just the guy now. How hard is it to change status? If not why not make a disclaimer that you are single? I find it in bad taste when a profile has mostly pictures of a woman and then to find out it's just a single guy. I have nothing against single guys, just be upfront about it.

We have found that it is quite difficult to get it done. When we first created an account we weren't from Utah so we used a different user name but paid for a lifetime account. It took around a year requesting a change to get it done. Assuming that many people don't realize when they join the impact of some of the things you set (e.g. status, username, etc). Admins should make a simple user request tool to do it automated.

Sadly, this is the norm in the online swinging world. It’s basically “click bait”. More than half of online profiles on every site, are dishonest. These paid ones are a little better than the free ones, but still. I can’t count the times we had a date setup and the final confirmation she was “busy” and do we still wanna meet? thing has happened.
We had a recent trip to Nola where s-l-s and 3 fun is very popular and we talked to over 100 couples. 100% of them were guys either trying to cheat or single using a couples profile as an in. Sad but very true.
If you’re looking to setup couples dates, let the ladies talk. Best way to cut though the bs. If it’s a couple wanting to chat I sent them my wife’s k-I-k.
My favorite are the people who are sneaky about just being a single male. Like y'all said, they have pictures of couples and whatnot and it has both partners' stats, but then the chat suspiciously turns to just him wanting to play... Be upfront! You are a single male (or only going to play as a single male)!
Also, if you want to experiment with a guy, but you don't want your wife to know, then you gotta work on your relationship. If you don't have an open line of communication where you can discuss that, it will only be worse when she finds you've been with other people behind her back. Ask her and if she says sure, then go for it! But if she says no, then don't! It is as simple as that.
