The Mrs has anxiety and depression as well as some pretty serious childhood events that she feels she is finally ready to confront and try to deal with. We just aren't sure where to start. Especially with our involvement with the lifestyle she is nervous about having a therapist freak out when she tells him about our marriage.
Do any of you have recommendations for a good quality therapist in Salt Lake Valley, preferably close to Kearns, that is accepting of the lifestyle and has experience dealing with anxiety, depression, and child abuse of a sibling while she was a child?
We've had a recommendation for a therapist in Utah County, but unfortunately he doesn't work with our insurance and we can't afford $125 per session. Lol
