So we are still very new to the LS but excited for it. I feel like we may be doing something wrong. We don’t seem to get much interest or much response when we reach out. Is there any advice that someone can give us on what we could be doing differently?
Maybe you could define more of what you want or don't want in your profile. As well as reach it. It's a two-way street. If you're interested in a couple send a friend request and a message hopefully they reciprocate, say their not interested, or flat out ghost you. As well as participate. I like to converse in the forums, but I've been away from SLC for work so I haven't been regular since the conversations vary through every category. If someone's hosting something get your foot in the door. Because conserving on the site is nice, but meeting actual people is nicer. Good luck!
You should be actively looking for k!k groups, house party groups, meet and greets and any other meets posted here. Utah is all about networking and finding a group you fit with. You will have to take time and effort to get started.
You can try the encounters section or even hosting your own small house party, but be prepared to be bombarded with the dreaded “how many other couples are coming?” question.
