Hey! I'd say that open, honest, conversation is where you need to start. Then take small steps, its not a race to do the most insane, wild stuff. Take it easy, introduce new ideas as they come. That's why its a lifestyle. I'd argue most couples take years, not months, to get where they are at in their open marriages.

Are you married? There are so many other questions to ask? How long have you been married? Does she want want or know anything about you wanting one? Religious upbringing etc play a role!
