I know part of this is because of the fact that it’s hard to find a younger couple then us, but the male half loves older women! He feels like they are more confident and comfortable with themselves and the situation, and less judgemental. On the other hand, the female seems to like younger men as they seem to have more energy or the silver fox look if a male is older.

Older women DEFINITELY are sexy because they are confident and comfortable in their own skin AND they've been around enough to know how to please a man (and THEMSELVES!). Younger women are great for their unbridled enthusiasm but I just wish that sometimes they'd step back just a bit and enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Not all younger women are like that, and those who aren't and are wise beyond their years are certainly worth seeking out. In the end, I think it's more about attitude rather than just age. But it's hard to beat the sheer sensuality of a sexy older woman.

Male here loves older woman . . . And younger women . . . so really he just loves women. Older women are confident and sexy and comfortable to be with. They know how to please. For the same reason, female half here loves older men. They seem to know their way around better.
I don’t mean to imply she doesn’t like older men at all, because she does personality wise. She is just more physically attracted to younger men. Most of the couples we meet with are older anyway ha
What about the question of how to define normalcy? I (him) was fortunate to been able to enjoy being with a handful of older women when I was younger. I wouldn't say that I was abnormal but I don't know if that makes me normal either.
Being in my 40s I'm not exactly young, nor am I old, and therefore don't really fill a niche anywhere except being able to liven up a group by bribing them with a beautiful tragedy known as karaoke. Being in charge can grant me a wild card and people are extra friendly with me when I'm "in character". I appreciate women of all levels of calendar day accumulation, but I find myself thinking "this one is in the same peer group as your kids" and that will usually hold me back on the pursuit.
Ultimately, normal or abnormal people like what they like and there's nothing wrong with it as long as we're all consenting adults. Explorer, have fun and be respectful of all would be the only word I could give from somebody with a few gray hairs here and there here there. Okay, more than that but who cares, is still there!
