Unfortunately, we are going to lay low for a bit. I've read the virus does not thrive in heat. We should be warming up here in Vegas in a few short weeks and should be ready to start meeting again fairly soon. We can hardly wait!

That's simply not true. Scientists simply don't know, at this point, if seasonal temps affect the virus at all. It IS present in Australia, Singapore, and other tropical countries. If ANYTHING, the correlation between warm weather and the COVID-19 virus is just like it is with seasonal influenza and the common cold. When the weather warms up people tend to go outside more and don't congregate in enclosed indoor areas. That's why here in Utah, despite all the closures (NBA, collegiate sports, church services, etc.), the ski resorts are still open. I can almost guarantee that the number of active cases (or at least tested cases- another BIG issue) will be much higher in Vegas "in a few short weeks".

Well . . . This is usually our busy trade show season where we are gone every weekend for about 8 weeks. So far, two of our conferences have been cancelled - one was a 25k per conference. We feel so bad for the organizers. So many people are losing their shorts. We just wish more of them would lose their shorts at our place (LOL). So, as it stands now . . . We’ll be home for the next couple of weeks instead of galavanting around the country. Sounds like a perfect time to have a house party with less than a hundred of our closest friends. Stay safe folks . . . In the meantime, we’re going to try to capitalize on the situation. We’ve placed an ad on KSL classified that we are willing to trade a case of our hand sanitizer for a boat or RV . . . Provided neither are older than 2018. No lo-ballers or ‘tire-kickers’.
