I think she is stating that she likes her playmates to be gifted with above average size, from how I read it.
Am reading it like the Gent. I am a prefer size queen. I don’t think within the LS you are rude stating your preference. Countless profiles where the woman states her preference to size. That is the one thing within the LS, it’s all about preferences with couples, women or men. From size to hair to etc. etc. The biggest preference being body type and looks.
You should clearly state your preference for dick size. Although, knowing what to do with your equipment can also be satisfying based on the moans I get (Mr Ski). I am just slightly over the average based on statistical data. Ms Ski has minimal size requirements but even she has had some good experiences with under average size and in many cases their oral skills can make up for the difference.

I completely agree with you on that, I have a what my other half calls "sport cock" who is below average size but his skills with his mouth are epic levels of amazing. There's nothing inherently wrong with being a size queen. You should absolutely only fuck people that you want to fuck and if a big dick is your main or even your ONLY selection criteria you should only seek out men with large penises. And you should be able to verify the size, in some way, before meeting.
Personally, we have other criteria that superceed something like a single physical characteristic. Personality and intelligence as well as a keen sense of humor is really important for us. And while we both do have some physical traits that we find very appealing, a great person that we click with in other ways who DOESN'T necessarily have all or even some of those characteristics isn't a dealbreaker for us.
I do hope, however, that you allow others who have similarly narrow selection criteria to de-select you, without recrimination, if you don't happen to have certain physical features that they prize above all other attributes.
Over the years we've met people who absolutely won't play with, say, someone who is of a certain ethnicity, or someone who has too much body hair or too little hair on their head. Some won't play with someone a certain number of years their senior or their junior. We've met those who will only fuck someone who is in really great shape, or someone with a certain breast size and shape. There are a million different things that someone in the lifestyle could potentially either require for interaction or, alternatively, refuse to meet/play if the individual is or has something that they don't find appealing in some way...even if, to some, it might seem insignificant.
The only reason I bring this up is that we've been doing this for a while now and we've run into plenty of people who have fairly narrow, if not rigid, selection criteria. And it's always a little bit humorous how often we've talked to people who have very strict physical requirements for those they interact with in the lifestyle but who also get quite upset if they aren't chosen by someone who finds THEM lacking in certain physical qualities.
