Looking for input from like minded friends. When another couple on here messages you several times without responding do you politely say you’re not interested or just keep ignoring? I feel like either way it’s rude but sometimes I just want to respond and say “it’s pretty obvious we’re not interested!”
I agree with you. We hope they get the picture after a while. Some don’t though.
We just always send an email telling them thanks for their interest but it just not gonna work for us right now. No specific and to the point and if they ask why then we always say its not the match up we are looking for.
Some people may persist and then you have the option of blocking them. We have been told many times that we are not what the other couple is looking for and that ok. Its better than getting what you think are positive reactions or wondering if your email was just forgotten.

I agree. People would rather know than be left in the dark. Life happens and people don’t always respond right away. So if you just say he this won’t work or we aren’t interested right now at least they know you’ve responded. If they continue to respond and didn’t get the hint then it’s time to be more firm but I say just be honest and upfront.

Are you talking about us?! Lol.
We have the same dilemma. Ignore or just tell them no. The other issue is that most people are way better in person. So we never want to close the door completely. And there may not be a physical attraction but they may be cool to hang with. Its a hard one for sure.
