Why even though we are friends with some people can we not access certain picture folders. It just says must be friends with this person, even though we are.

Oh, good. It didn't make sense to me either. Glad I'm not alone.
You have to give a 2nd level of permissions to the individual. You can set the length of time they are open to the person as well.

there are some Albums some people have you would need special permission and you can even choose the if you are opening this album permanently or you can choose hrs or days the other person can open them, we have pics that are more private than others, and in some cases they show the faces of others and so we only open them for the people who was there at the time the picture was taken. if you don't get access to this folders don't get mad at the same time the purpose of pics are to give people an idea of what you look like and that can be done in 2 or 3 pics, if you are here just for the pics, there are better sites for it, keep in mind showing yourself to others is a courtesy and not an obligation.
