Is anyone familiar with this site or have been to one of these parties in Florida (Tampa area). I believe they are also known as DutchDelight. The website makes it sound very similiar to The Estate in NC (which is great!). We are hoping to go there this weekend.

Specifically, we'd like to know what the crowd is like
Fun House with fun ppl, not some comm. club thats init for the $ but the fun all can have. M & J are great ppl and MAKE sure thier guest's are too. Join their yahoo group and you can check out some of the members that go to the party's, chat and meet new friends. Oh by the way B.Y.O.B and no cover at the door ( $ wise) you can wear what you like.
