Actually I am not in favor of that. I don't want my kids seeing anyones boobies almost anywhere. Seems they are pushing their interests on everyone and thats too far as well. Was this a California 9th? By tomorrow morning they will be working on an appeal or a new law that will not let that happen. This is not even widely accepted in liberal Europe. Asia would likely next tolerate that. Interesting.
Here you do. The full opinion. But all bans on women in public topless are now unconstitutional now that Ft. Collins has decided not to appeal to the Supreme Court. This in no longer appealable in the 10th Circuit which includes Utah.

Ft. Collins might not have the will or the funds to run a ruling like this all the way to the SCOTUS but the Moron...oops, Mormon church does. And they'd likely have plenty of help from the other churches who know for a fact that Jesus HATES bare lady bits no matter what! Gary the Gubbner is probably planning another emergency session of the Religiouslature as we speak to figure out a way to forestall anyone accidentally seeing a nasty uncovered nipple. Raping Prop 2 will just have to wait until we get this REAL serious public health crisis averted.

There are LOTS of things I don't want my kids "seeing...in the streets". The first being a gunman chasing them thru a mall or down the halls of their school murdering them. Bare nipples are WAY the fuck down the list of things I'm worried about them seeing. Yes, I'm a liberal.

As the court case explains, the time of sexually objectifying women has come to an end. Men and women are to be treated equally. And the church can have all the money they want but this case has been put to bed. Keep in mind that the city of ft. Collins will now pay all the legal fees for the prevailing party. As would utah if they tried to fight it.

True. At least as far as the 10th Circuit is concerned. But if I'm not mistaken there is still an active case in New Hampshire that will possibly be argued in the SCOTUS. Not sure how the SCOTUS might rule with a now conservative majority if they decide to hear arguments. Either way I'm gettin' out my popcorn to see what, if anything, good ole Utahr decides ta do. Pray for perpetually cold weather? FREEZE THE NIPPLE! LMAO!
