As to the OP. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for anyone to start freeing the nipple anytime soon in good ole Utahr. They canceled the annual Undie Run (Possibly because the last one was one Conference Sunday and the Mormons walking along State Street after the afternoon session seemed a tad put out to see hundreds of people wearing their sexy undies running up to the Capitol. Although there is a rumor that they might reinstate it in 2020!)
