My husband and I are very easygoing and not into the crazy dress up parties or the fancy bars that have a strict no hat policy. Is the any simple places that people meet? Not sex parties that are no street clothes allowed either. Just a place to get to actually meet people and see what they are like?
Having set up more than a FEW M&G's over the years I can assure you it's not always easy pleasing everyone and catering to everyone's wishes. I'm sure you could probably set one up somewhere that you would feel more comfortable and that allowed more casual dress like you mentioned. Just a thought. *shrug*
We find those kind of meet and greets also don’t filter out some of the creepy people. We have been to both and prefer meeting up for dinner/drinks someplace.

We also do like enjoy going to dinner and meeting couples two on two. The M/G that we have attended were very clickish and we did not enjoy enjoy.

We are the same. We enjoy meeting a couple for drinks and dinner in a more intimate setting,then maybe dancing after rather than a club nobody can hear each other at.

I will love to invite a bi couple to dinner with a nice bottle of wine in a nice casual restaurant, such as a tapas restaurant. I believe that nice dinner and perhaps a movie can be the seed of a good friendship.
We have a great bar in the house with pool table, foosball and a hot tub. We would love to host just so people can meet others with no expectations or dress code. You want to wear a hat please do so. We dont care about age, weight, color or anything else. Unless your an ass hole then we care. If anybody wants to help us plan something please let us know. You will never know if you fit with someone if you never meet them.
We like the idea of meet and greets where the pressure isn't on you. Ball games or zoo brews or lagoon.
