Guessing you want to change from a Single Male to a couple, based on your profile. I don't think that can be done, but you can attempt to call or email the admin. Ironically the contact us links all seem to be dead on the FAQ page, but if you click above (on the desktop site) help>contact us you will get a few options:

I called with an issue when I wanted to pay, using bit coin, and actually got a person to talk to.
