I am looking at renting out 1 or 2 bedroom's in my nice townhouse near Jordan Landing. I am looking for couples or singles and want someone who is LS friendly. The rice is negotiable depending on how many bedrooms are rented. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, with a small private back yard. All utilities are included.
