I can't guarantee anything regarding pay. There are people who make $2,000 per day and those that don't make enough to make it worth their time (unless you just like to have fun on camera).
Consider dancers at a strip club.. Some dancers make a lot, some don't.
Anyone can do this from their own home with a webcam, computer and fast internet connection. I'm offering a studio space with high end production equipment for greater visual appeal... The rest is up to whoever is in front of the camera. You can view most of the sites and their channels for free to get an idea of what it's like.
