It's because you live in Weiser. It would be even worse if you lived in Parma or Notus!

Just tried messaging you and it gave me the same error. I wonder if it's something with your account.
Make sure you have a subject AND a message

I have found I have to use the mobile version instead of the website in order to send any messages.
