We have been out in the past to moose lounge for swinger night, but we are curious if anyone is going out tomorrow night, and if so what the best places are. We know people have been talking about button down, we have been to moose lounge before, and trails as well. Which is the best and who is going out tomorrow? We’d love to meet
We have heard a lot about button down but haven’t been. A good lifestyle only club is needed here!
We went out last night. Button Down was full of Chads and Bros and the dance floor was small and uncomfortably crowded. No swingers in sight—just a bunch of kids (seriously, I felt really old there at 36). We bailed at about midnight and went to Moose Lounge and it looks completely closed down forever (**EDIT**: Moose Lounge is still open, it was just apparently either closed or just REALLY dead that night). We were very sad and went back to the hotel for our own after party by ourselves (which went very well for the record). We really liked Friday night moose lounge in the past, I hope something like that starts up again.
I'd like to throw a shoutout for the NC area as well if anyone knows of any places like that over here.
It's getting kind of old all these clubs that were more or less swinger friendly closing down or whatever. I think maybe we need a different approach. How about we form some kind of group and every week or two we toss around ideas for meeting at a particular bar, club, or even restaurant...kinda like a small 'flash mob'? We can all scout out places that we think could accommodate a moderate number of people showing up to mingle and maybe, even, assign a couple (perhaps the one that scouted out and suggested a particular venue) to show up a little early to grab a few tables or whatever. Just spit-balling and throwing a few ideas out there. We'd be happy to sort of get the ball rolling if there was enough interest. We could even, perhaps, rotate the meet-ups between, say, Salt Lake and Ogden. Thoughts? Comments? Snide remarks?

As much as I would love to add a snide remark upon invitation, I agree too much with what you've said, Evil. There are plenty of us here that we could make this a regular thing but I feel like it's just not organized enough. That said, I'm in and would love to help get this off the ground.
We think having a venue that is lifestylers only would be great. It’s hard when you go to places that there is a Medes crowd (vanilla and spice). We thought of finding a place similarly to the club the Swingular Halloween party was at and rent it or book it out every weekend for people to “sponsor” a night.
The Las Vegas Green Door is open to franchise opportunities... Just saying.

We live near Elixir and have been there a few times. We’ve never noticed any swingers, but our swinger radar skills are pretty weak. It’s a bit small, but would be a cool place to hang out.

Evildoers have a great idea if it can be organized. Perhaps a Facebook group that is just for posting what bars people are interested in attending that night? We would be interested in something like that. It certainly is depressing how many of our favorite establishments have been shut down.

We have a friend who has a place with a hot tub they normally rent on Airbnb, they have been renting it to a small group of swinger who are having private parties every two weeks, got invited to one this Saturday night and it was a blast, very classy very nice people, by nice I don't mean ken and barbie, but people who can play well with others...

Our time constraints are such, that it's difficult for us to set aside time, to meet people privately, for the first time face to face, just to see if there is chemistry. It's almost as difficult to try and go to a lifestyle club more than once a month. We recently decided that we are going to try and make it to most of the Kandy K meet and greets and meet people there. Friday nights work for us way more often than Saturday nights and the Kandy K meet and greets are on Friday nights. There isn't a lot of pageantry or preparation required to show up and fit in and you can dress up or go casual. There is a wide age range that attends and the crowd tends to be pretty diverse. Which we enjoy! Meet and greets are one way you can meet someone, and see if there is chemistry, some commonality and attraction, before making a commitment to meet privately. It's something that we are going to try and make work. It worked for us in the past.
We have been to only a few of these meet and greets, put together by this organizer, over the years, and we actually met people who ended up becoming good friends and lovers. So it worked for us in the past. Some of our lovers ended up getting jobs in California and Colorado and moved, but we had fun while it lasted.
This is a really new decision for us to become regular attendees. We think that if we try and make it to most of these meet and greets, we will meet quite a few really nice people, make some new friends, discover new lovers, and enjoy new adventures! So the Kandy K meet and greets is one place you should be able to find us, once a month, if anyone is interested in meeting us.
