Even though condoms are not a fun thing to use, HIV and a few other nice STDs are also not fun... And BTW if you say it can't happen..... It can and it does....Not often but still there is that risk. There is no safe sex but safety is not whether one can procreate but whether one believes that the risk is too high to themselves and to their friends and partners to rish STD's that can end your life.

You might be a swinger if . . . . . The wife has her tubes tied and the husband is shooting blanks but you can always find condoms in the house! That would be us - Diane got turned into a "sports" model (instead of a "family model")for birth control prior to swinging and I got clipped for safety when we started to play.

In reading this post, I am seeing a lot of replies from couples who prefer to obstain from using condoms. While this is obviously physically better, is it not a major concern of yours that you or your signifigant other may contract an STD, or perhaps something that there is no cure for?
Being safe from unwanted pregnancy is always smart. I am just curious about the STD issue. How do those of you who consider yourselves "bareback" couples/singles feel about this?
Testing is not preventative, and unfortunately, the people around us are not always as honest as we would like them to be, particularly in regard to their sexual history.
I am not judging, but rather trying to come to an understanding of the decision process involved...it must be considerable because essentially you are gambling with the life of your mate to have a good time. We all want to get layed, but...

condums are never ruled out but after being with someone awhile its nice to know that we can go bareback if all partys agree.
