Yeah as much as he myay be a PITA I dont think outright banning someone is the cure. It should only be an action of last resort and only after clear violations of the TOS that the offender agreed to in order to participate in this board. Even then ther should be some sort of proactive warning by the admin (or moderators should that post be created). Though we have the "Block This Member" feature, does that only apply to offenders emails, or their posts as well? If not does the software this board operates on support that feature?

Those that feel that the code of conduct has been crossed, may submit a complaint to the admin for review. Should the admin feel that the code of conduct has been crossed. This might not completly stop all problems, but it is a start.

I have read all the posts in this forum and my opinion is that while America is a great place to live and our "rights" are guaranteed by the Constitution a simple rule of common sense must be applied to these rights. Simply put, your rights end where mine begin and vice-versa. First, the simple FACT that Clitty seems to enjoy posting in forums that have nothing to do with the subject. Also, the simple fact that Clitty's pics are obviously not his own. Well it is now wednesday, Still no more word from the admin, we understand holiday takes time to recover from but hey its over. No other adult swing site allows any bashing of anyone or they have their account disabled or are banned, What is the hold up? We ourselves like swingular but if we cannot enjoy it i guess we just leave. Is that an answer? ignore it it will go away? I myself Mr. Glenn D. Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones. Lets get real people, if it were not for free speech, none of us would ever have the opurtunity to join or make statements on sites like Swingler.
That being said I personally have talked to the adminitrator of this site and can tell you that he has already begun working on a way that members can not only block others members from sending them emails, but he is now working on giving the memebers the options to have forum posts by blocked members from even showing up in the forums. Once this can and is implimented then it will be simple to basically delete anything written by any member that you wish to delete or block.
I am sure that I am not the only person that has never read a post submitted by the subject member of this topic. There are also several other members that as soon as I seen there name on a post, I just do not even bother to read it. We all have the abiliity to do this and if enough will do the same, I feel you will be suprised how fast these type of people just seem to go away.

I applaud the administrator, being diplomatic with situations like this is not easy. Its not going to make anyone win a popularity contest. You have to consider both people rights and legality issues, (yeah I am sure someone might get the idea the ACLU needs to become involved too).
This is still our favorite sight, the majority of the people here are great, (real or not). We have made numerous friendships and enjoyed alot of conversations in the chat room that have left us crying from laughter. Some of the forums have given us interesting insight on various issues and others have been great entertainment.
I vote we now put this issue to bed, do our best to keep the positive issues in the forefront and put the bad behind us.
