So I emailed support three days ago. I've tried calling the sorry number listed and it says number not valid. Trying to get help with activating an old account and no luck contacting anyone. Anybody have suggestions for better luck?
ya bad.. anyone else having issues with emailing..getting a something went wrong, or nothing happens at all. I am assuming others are having issues bc I am getting 8 emails from same pple...
I have been trying to get my account switched from single male to couple for almost a week now and can't get in contact with anyone either. Tried the "getting verified" thing as everything. No response.

I just found out it it's an computer system that will respond we been emailing each other about the problem it's a help desk system they wont fix your problem its just here to take money from us and just let us chat im canceling my account hope you all do the same.
I have wondered why it's so hard to just plain meet people. I'm not sure that most of these accounts are even active. I have been trying to get mine changed as well and nothing.

Most of the accounts aren't real, especially the ones outside UT. When we lived in Draper, we had some luck meeting people, but since leaving, nothing. We've sent hundreds of messages and friend requests and have never received a single response in FL. The site also activates inactive profiles to give the appearance of activity. We had an old profile on here that we can't even access anymore, but every now and then, we see that profile is "online".
If you look at the numbers, this website isn't a viable business. On average, there are about 1500 people online and most of those are bots. Of the real people online, half aren't paying members. This site amounts to nothing more than a few hundred members in UT. There just isn't enough revenue to support the site.
