Last night (Fri) I went to a local swing club in Ft.Lauderdale, FL which I recently joined. On Friday nights single men are allowed in and have access to all areas of the club except of course private rooms when they're occupied. I happen to walk into one of the lounge areas in the back of the club and only one couple is back there at the time. A guy was eating his wife out but when she saw me she stopped him and quickly covered herself. He starts muttering obscenities and they leave. I'm left scratching my head wondering what the heck did I do wrong. I realize single men are not generally accepted in this lifestyle, but jeez, give me a break. I have to wonder if a single woman or another couple would have gotten the same reaction.
i hate to say it but, no ...... they wouldnt have. the couple being there on a night when single males were allowed should have known or at least expected that there would be a few roaming around lol and possibly wanting to join in sheesh! lots of cpls do prefer to only meet single females or couples which is fine its a personal choice but they should have gone on a different night lol or they possibly could have been a new couple and not known what to expect and thats y she covered up. usually at a lifestyles club though you more then likely will be seen naked or see lots of nakedness lol don't give up though theres couples out there that do enjoy single men and after a few intimate parties with a group your comfortable with as well as them being comfortable with you lol you'll become a pro
Don't take it personal. Just the fact you asked the question shows you are a respectful single male. They should have accepted the fact that you were there AND following the rules.

If it was TRAPEZE you can look forward to many more situations like the one you described. Despite the fact that you ARE allowed on Friday nights, a lot of the couples feel that you shouldnt be there at all. We have been to this club on many occassions, and found it to be very clicky, waaay too loud, and generally snobish. Sorry, but thats my opinion. We too are members there, and a few other places in south Florida as well. It is a beautiful venue, but that is not why we go out to swing clubs.
We had more fun at Deenies Hideaway than any of the other clubs in south Florida when we lived there. We have friends in Davie, and we often meet them at Deenies...it is not as high class as some of the other places, but the people there are very down to earth and willing to talk to you. Oh, and the prices for singles are better too.
