My Honey got me a puppy as a late wedding gift, and ive had her for almost 3 weeks, and i cant think of a name for her......I feel so bad she runs around here and we call her pup its like saying " Hey you" any ideas?????? Shes a mine Dachshunds we have a older one we named Dodger........... if it helps at all....... please any ideas????

Must be something about dachsunds. We have friends who got one - and just never could come up with another name - so his name for his entire life was: "pup".

As a little dog, she'll probably be getting under foot all the time so "Jesus Christ" and "Fuckin Dog Nearly Killed Me" are what you'll be yelling around her all the time, so why not make it her name.

I always give my pets Japanese names. I had a dog named Akai (Japanese for red cuz it was a red furred pomeraniean.) Then I had a mutt named Koushi (Japanese for cow as it looked like a little cow as a puppy.) My rats are named Buddha, Ami, and Yumi. And my baby is named Sachi. (That's a popular girls name in Japan...my sister-in-law has a sister named Sachiko)
