Hello all...we're a couple from Vegas--SIN CITY, BABY--and in this town you'd think making contact would be a "snap" but we don't seem to be having any luck at all with initiating contact with local couples--kind of strange it seems? Many times, we'll write another couple and probably 9 times out of 10, we won't even get the courtesy of a response.
Any other Vegas-folks having a similar experience? Just curious if we're the only ones or if this is something that others may be experiencing as well...

we have...plenty of luck
Interesting??? We're on another site as well and there seem to be lots more local action from that one than on here...just strikes us as a little odd, but, hey--glad you're getting a GREAT response!! Maybe this site is still new and the local are just getting started--who knows?
Don't feel like the Lone Ranger, I think it has to do with some people here, Or just in the lifestyle persay, but who knows maybe its our age's too. We think yall are quite the Cute Couple, too bad the distance disparity. We would hang out with yas
We were just recently in Vegas, and we hooked up with some very fun people at the Red Rooster. There are serveral swing clubs there to enjoy. Good luck!
This is a subject that some local Las Vegan swingas were discussing awhile ago and we seemed to agree that our swing community is a bit different than other communities. Because so many visitors looking to party come to town on a daily basis, many of us get contacted on sites like these fairly frequently. And while it might seem that Vegas locals party every night of the week, most of us lead somewhat normal lives with only a night or two per week (if that) dedicated to partying.
So, it's a lot easier to take a look at the play-partner options from the out-of-towners who have contacted us (who we know are going to be in that party mode) then to try and cultivate local relationships, starting from ground zero and attempting to coordinate real-life schedules.
We have made an effort of late to try and meet more locals at various meet 'n' greets and parties and it has been somewhat successful but we still end up gravitating towards the convenience of the ready-to-party, not-on-a-schedule visitors.
And yes, we've done ok through sites like this...
