Lets face it, no one is Totally satisfied with the size. And all the things you find online are costly. Does anyone have any information on this that is helpful AND free? Anyone have any experiences in this area? Anything would be helpful.
The pumps don't really work...... They will make it fatter by pulling more blood into the penis.. The negatives is that long term it can cause nerve damage or circulation issue. Also it's not really hard, the extra fluid is not contained within the structure of the penis it's just floating around under the skin so you end of with a fat penis thats soft though hard enough to still get the job done.

In our line of work, we have had patients with erectile problems who were prescribed a penile pump system. How about Encyte, the penis pill they advertise on TV. Anyone tried this? Any results? Drawbacks?
I haven't tried any penis enhansers, but I tried Viagra and some other stuf, and found that none of them did a darn thing for me that good foreplay dosen't do already. I'm not considered small, but wouldn't call myself huge either. It's all in the head (leage haed not small) and in how you use it.
