Ok, it occurred to us with all the talk about STD and sexual health; are there any swinger doctors? We mean, who would you go to? Not everyone feels like telling their regular MD that they like strangers to touch them on their pink parts and play with others etc.. We've been swinging for 18 years and this question has always intrigued us.

What if you just get two doctors. One that you ask only your pink parts questions to or get PrEP pills from. Then your regular doctor will never know.

All doctors should be lifestyle friendly. There business is not to judge but to provide medical care. Just be honest that you are not in a monogomous relationship and need care.
My guess is non-monogamous sex is something they talk with patients about everyday, literally everyday. The fact your spouse knows about it might be the unusual part.
