So I have my settings to block my profile from Single Males but the last few weeks we've been getting a lot of Friend Requests from them. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes we have too. What really bothers me is it says on our profile "no single males". So obviously they didn't even read which means they aren't interested in boundaries in the first place. Getting pretty old.

It's a matter of etiquette. If people ask you not to ring their doorbell, do you ring it? Do you ignore the sign taped above the doorbell asking you not to ring it and push anyway, having no knowledge or understanding of WHY they don't want you to ring it? If so, you're One Of Them and it puts you in the category of undesirable.
Don't get me wrong. We're not against single males at all. We've met some already who were quite nice. But there are people who don't want to be bothered by them for whatever reason there may be. And that should be respected. Who wants to be badgered into considering someone? Nobody. Move on to those who DO like single males and leave the rest alone.

The big deal is that something that should work on this site isn't working...not that it's a surprise.
btw...blocked people can't send you emails to ask permission to friend you.

What i do with sm if they send me friend request i dont denied there friend request if i do they will see i did it and they will send me another friend request. I do this to all not just sm
Ignore it. The mobile site has that option. Then it does not show up in friend request anymore
As a single guys on here, which I am, we should respect the fact that the majority of profiles are couples or women not interested in the "Lone Ranger." Single men are not undesirable. But considering this platform and lifestyle, it's easier and more fun to hangout with couples and/or women to avoid some... tension? I'm not sure the feeling, I just remember when being a couple it was more desirable to avoid single men.
Anyway, I agree with a lot of comments here. However, sometimes even those of us trying to be conscientious of requests may unconsciously brush by the details before hitting a button. Sorry in advance (can't sleep).
